Tapper Original X-Tra Lager Beer

Featured Replies

  • Popular Post

Today I saw a new entry in 7/11, a Tapper Original X-Tra lager beer with 6.5% alcohol, and of course as a beer drinker I was eager to try it. I was impressed with the 6.5% alcohol because during the last years beer was gradually becoming weaker and weaker, and all of a sudden this!

I was excited to try it and this is my humble review.

The price is 53 Baht. Not too expensive:)

The design! The 490 ml can looks great. It is definitely an eye catcher! It pours very thin, like water and the bubbles act like a soda drink which is not great for a beer in my opinion. The foam head does not last long and it disappears in seconds. It tastes like a plain lager with extra alcohol. It is drinkable but the flavor is not impressive.

I believe it is a direct competitor to Cheers Extra 6.0%.

I am going to have a session with Tapper X-Tra only in order to have a more objective opinion about it and I am going to reply to my post.

What do you think about it? Please leave your reviews about Tapper X-Tra.

Cheers :)

Be careful when testing. The alcohol percentage is rather high.

Have fun....
