Good news mates,

Tiger airways has announced a new service from Perth to Singapore with Thailand connections.

I just booked Perth- Sing - Udon Thani in October for some family members for $530 return,including taxes.

Good flying schedule as well. I also booked a one way for the wife for $320 all up. Happy times are here again They have a good ticketing process over the net.

In the last 12 months getting a flight from Perth to Asia has been a pretty sh*tty experience with packed to the max planes. I wish Tiger Air well and hope they advertise like mad to give the major flyers a size 10 up the clacker.

Value Air tried for a while then quietly went home, but they just did not advertise enough, just as people where getting on to it they left. Makes you wonder if the big boys somehow get rid of them.
