Sorry for my english but i will try to do my best for explain my situation

I'm married with a german and i have a aufenthaltserlaubnis valid until 2019. Now i move from him house and i live with my friend in another city because i want divorce.

2 day ago i get e-mail from Ordnungs- und Bürgeramt Ausländerbehörde that notify me that i not have anymore address( maybe my husband delete me from him address) and i have to go to office to say where i live right now.

Is it possible that if i change my address i will lose my visa?

Since when are you married?

Guess since 2016.

You might loose your visa if you separate/divorce before 3 years after marriage with few exceptions like domestic violence.

I am not sure whether you will find enough expertise here in the Thaivisa forum.

You need counseling in Germany!

No idea whether this helps as a starting point:

After 2019 they will not give me extension for my visa. what i want is more time for get ready with divorce. until my aufenthaltserlaubnis  expire.

But if i put my residence in another house why i have to lose visa? i want be sure about that

I assume you live in Germany.
Your visa (Aufenthaltsbewilligung) is probably based on you being married with a German. As soon as you do not live under the same roof with your husband anymore, your marriage is therefore "questioned" by authorities.
Depending of how long you have been married, you may be accused of having entered a "fake-marriage" just for visa reasons.

You may get a visa extension if you:

-Get a quick divorce and marry another German, or
-Get a job in Germany that pays enough money so you can claim financial "self-sufficiency".
You need to talk to a lawyer, specialising in immigration matters.
Cheers.

I have appointment with residence office in theese days and i really don't know what to do. Some friend can give me residence and after that i can contact lawyer for start the divorce. I don't want they push me out from europe because after i take too much time and money for divorce. Maybe this office only need to know my residence and don't care so much about my marriage. I can't contact a lawyer for that because he will give me appointment in 1 week and i need to fix in the next few days.

If your visa (Aufenthaltsbewilligung) was granted based on "Marriage with a German National" they may well be interested in your marriage.

You don't need to "Fix within a few days". Your visa (Aufenthaltsbewilligung) is valid until 2019.

You got an Email? I've never heard that a German government agency sends anybody an Email, they send just letters

Of course it makes sense to get such a notification, but you should still make sure that it's real.

They will want to question you about your marriage, about your current living situation, about your finances and so on.

According to Google if you are married less than 3 years they will revoke your Aufenthaltserlaubnis. So you won't be able to stay until 2019. They won't kick you out tomorrow, but in the next months you will have to go.

According to some website if you earn at least 800 Euro per month you can go to court when they want to revoke your Aufenthaltserlaubnis which allows you to stay until the court ruling, or until your Aufenthaltserlaubnis expires.

If you want to extend your stay in Germany as long as possible: At the day when you have to show up at the Ausländerbehörde you visit a doctor and get a Krankschreibung. You can call them and inform them that you are sick (You can also do this without a Krankschreibung, but with it looks better). Then you ask for a new appointment as far in the future as possible.

I think there is no reason why you have to be in Germany to get divorced. After the Trennungsjahr your husband files for divorce and if you don't refuse it, then that's it, you will get divorced.

So i would suggest you simply start packing your stuff and get ready to go back to Thailand, or is there any reason you want to stay in Germany longer than necessary?

first thing is that your husband cannot remove you from the german equivalent of the House registration, as you can only do this when you register at another address in Germany. He has probably just informed the Burgeramt that you have moved out, and he does not know where you are. They are just looking for a contact address for you, but remember if you move the Aufenthaltskarte must also be amended to your new address, you can at any time contact a lawyer and start the divorce proceedings, but am not sure if they allow you to stay or return you to Thailand, and then allow you to travel again for the court case (if you are required to attend).

When did you get married and come here?

Be careful of who you talk to in Germany as a lot of people will tell you to accuse your husband of hitting you, so that you can actually stay, but if they find out you lied then you are in serious trouble.

Where in Germany are you? (my wife is Thai and has a lot of good contacts in Germany (Munich and NRW areas))

So your Aufenthaltskarte is valid till 2019, then I would think that you have not been here very long, as it is linked to the validity of your passport, and a Thai passport is only valid for 5 years.

How long do you have to complete 5 years here, as then you could apply for a Dauer Aufenthaltskarte at the 5 year point, but am not sure what information they might need from your husband
