Hi,

My partner and me are french and we want to get married but in Thailand only. Like that i can be added on his wp.

How can we process? Which papers do we need?

Anybody can help pls?

Hello,

Please contact the French Embassy (by e-mail) which will direct you to either one of their services or a Thai service.
It's always like that that I do when it's a bit complicated.

The main thing you will need is an affirmation of freedom to marry from the French Embassy. (You do not later need to register your marriage with the French authorities if, for some reason, you do not want to.) Talk with the local amphoe office (where you will officially marry in Thailand) about exactly what else they require.

Marriage between 2 same sex is forbidden in Thailand.
Moreover, not long ago, a marriage between two men had been canceled in Thailand. I do not have the info anymore.
  PACS is also prohibited.

They have a baby together which suggests they are male and female.

OP  Same sex marriage is not recognised here in Thailand.  Even if you get married in Europe.

 

You will have no rights to go on a work permit or marriage visa or anything like that, sorry.  

 

They were on the brink of legalising same sex marriage, before all the mess with the politics and now it will be very low on the agenda for the present government!
