No, you need another week, though a few OEMs have slipped out. Buy sealed boxed versions from reputable stores to avoid one that's been "panthipped".

Where did you see the OEM's for sale? I see they have been released in Australia and NZ already and you can purchase OEM's now in those countries. Anyone seen them available here yet?

I would never buy a Vista OEM in Thailand.

There are way too many dishonest sellers out there that will be selling OEMs already installed and validated that won't validate when you go to install it. When you take it back and complain they will smile, laugh, and forget how to speak english.

Microsoft has a "Cleanshop" program where you can be guaranteed authentic software. The list of merchants is here:
