NON immigrant O Visa extension based on marriage Thai Husband financial funds.

OK so I have a non immigrant O visa want to get a extension based on marriage we have a 3 month old baby and I don't have the 400,000 Thai baht in bank account. I'm Australian girl and my husband is Thai. Is there a way around this? I read somewhere that if it's foreigner women they don't have to show the money in bank account is this true??

If married to a Thai man you do not need to show financial proof to apply for the extension since he is the one responsible to support you. He may need to show proof of employment.
