Hello everybody,

First of all, excuse me if my English is not perfect - I'm not a native speaker.

The last time I was in Thailand in 2014. After my return trip, there were financial disputes with my ex girlfriend. Only so much ... stupid farang falls in love with Thai girls who had several sponsors.
She feared I would come back and demand a lot of money back. So she told me that she would blacklist me and report to the police.
She sent me photos showing our Facebook correspondence to a policeman at the police station in Bangkok. After that, I never heard from her again.

My question to you: who can reliably check whether I have actually landed on the blacklist? I'm afraid she talked a lot of nonsense at the police station in order to achieve something that prevents me from entering the country.

I have already contacted thaivisaservice.com. I got the answer that they do not perform a blacklist check anymore.

I hope someone can give me a credible visa service.

Many Thanks! ;)

It's unlikely you will be on the blacklist unless you have admitted to committing a crime in your messages to your ex GF,

I have sent you a PM with a guy's  number who should be able to check for you

Here are the pictures. How do you rate them? Fake?

So she filed a complaint. Anyone can do that to anyone for no reason whatsoever. Up to the police to decide what to do with it.

You won't be black listed, but they may want you to come by and have a chat, next time you enter the country.

All speculation short of any facts.

I agree with others, you would not be likely "blacklisted."  But ...

... so, I suppose it would depend on what you typed in those, whether you broke any Thai laws.

as long as there was no mention of the family then they would have simply just thought young girl/farang guy doesn't even live here, facebook, yes we'll make a report. straight in the bin. had she been a girl with status then things could well have been different but this guy has no worries

Pictures are not fake but say nothing more that a girl went to the police. As long as you didn't threatened to molest or kill her, they will show her the door. If you did threaten her, they won't blacklist you but in worst case scenario you would have to explain to the police what happened. Unless she has very rich, powerful family (not likely if she feels the need to get money from several customers/friends) nothing will happen.

That's probably a friend of hers or a boyfriend. Who would allow those pictures to be published on the internet ?

Take those pictures to the police and she would probably be arrested.

she reported it to the right people, he is a member of the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) Royal Thai Police is the national police force of Thailand focused on cyber crime. Depending on what you wrote or sent, you may be wanted for a "talk".

I reckon most on the thread probably already worked out what TCSD stood for. Now do you seriously think that anyone is going to be bringing in a foreigner who doesn't even live here for a "talk" over some silly facebook messages 4 years ago with a sponsor girl? and do you even know if that low ranking policeman works for the TCSD. she just has the picture of a badge from somewhere else. just a silly little girl who has probably used the same pics on other sponsors. OP forget mate you'll have no problems whatsoever

The army run the show now. The extortion is to hard. There is no crime. The only crime was the Thai scammer. She should be careful.

Online scammer robbing tourists and trying to involve the police to assist her in her thefts.

Forget this clown. She could already have warrants or be in jail with prior offences. You are not blacklisted no..And just forget the thing. Thailand is full of them. If they called each foreigner the place will be empty lol.

She can not blacklist you. What would be in the FB messages that is so terrible?

You haven't heard from her anymore. Possibly because the police told her to bore someone else.

This unit facilitates serious crimes..Online porn, gambling, frauds.

It's not for free service to online hooker to complete there thefts..The boss may arrest her lol.

the picture probably cost her an hour in a local love motel with the copper

then she was probably messaging all the farangs she ever met whilst they were over here saying she's gonna get them blacklisted unless they send her more money.

you sure that websites legit. if you go to "meet the team" it's say Bangkok Lawyer, then a blank pic, phuket lawyer, then a blank pic. no names, no pictures. no address, no phone number. i'd be wary of that if i were you.

OP -- It is highly unlikely that the ex g/f was able to have you banned. If you really feel you must be certain then you must engage a lawyer who will, for a (large?) fee run a check for you.
