I agree with that. The threat of Brexit should be a wake-up call for the EU.  There were serious faults with the way the EU had evolved before we had the referendum and it needed a re-think on several of it's regulations.  Whilst I am still a remoaner/remainer, I do recognise that the EU needs reforming.

It is just that I think those reforms should be fought for from within.

Well, Cameron had a lot of luck with that!

  • The EU elite are too arrogant to learn the lessons from Brexit and the increasing hostility from Eastern Europe. They firefight instead of providing solutions to the EU structural problems.

Very funny and ill thought out by the re-moaners newspaper. Farage has been anti EU for 20 odd years, it's no secret, it's why he went into politics.

Perhaps the Guardian was an ill-thought out example on my behalf, especially considering the company I'm in here.  However, if any of you gentlemen do a simple search you will find it is by far the only outlet covering the story.    Some of the coverage agrees with you fine chaps as opposed to me, but to suggest that there is nothing to support my contention is, imo, simply wrong.

I don' think Farage being historically (rather than recently) anti-EU shows any evidence that he has not conspired with Putin.  In fact if anything it would suggest the opposite and that is perhaps one of the reasons why he was suddenly able to gain so much traction. I stand by my opinion.  You do not have to agree.
