van drivers/where do they get there licence

yesterday afternoon driving from chiang rai to chiang mai

through the mountains roadworks in progress/ down to one lane up / one down

the traffic banked up to 20km at just moving pace 

the idiot brainless mini bus drivers drove at a fast pace wrong side of the road stopping cars coming up 

they couldn't get back into right lane as cars were bumper to bumper 

so cars coming up had to stop and try to squeeze past them off the road

 talk about people selfish and brainless 

these idiots seem to get away with anything
