Mmmmh. What might have made the responsible persons change their mind?

How much was the bail and why was the amount not mentioned........................?

>>>However, Capt Ekkachai could not confirm the amount bail was posted at.

An earlier news item stated he was apprehended at the airport but apparently the court does not deem him a flight risk.

Yep, this really is a crock...……...investors being defrauded of millions/billions of baht, and this guy is allowed bail.

ACE condo developer next, then maybe Phanason, then...…….

All the time these developers and crooks have access to the "hierarchy" here, then this will never change because the "brown envelope" syndrome connects them all.

Caveat emptor!

"Caveat Emptor" is fine for countries backed up by a proper judicial system.  One would only have themselves to blame for getting into something that was "too good to be true."

However, in Thailand, all the due diligence in the world will not protect you from the corruption, and the fact you are a farang, for what could be considered a regular purchase.

The odds are stacked against you here.

Condo moghul ?...the magic mantra,  left little doubt on obtaining bail....moghul !!

One wonders however, if the officer on the right side of the photo, just next to the suspect, would have finished his beauty sleep nap, by the time bail is granted ?
