Seeking a recommendation for interior builder in Bangkok (Ekamai area)

I would like a few small jobs done in my condo, but have no contacts for a general builder.

I would prefer a recommendation from someone who has actually had work done, as I know the market is fraught with potential issues.

If you can recommend a reasonably-priced general builder (some stud-wall, electrical, decorating works), I would be grateful.
