When the big Tesco Lotus opened in Phetchabun a few years ago, they sold Basketball hoops with a backboard, in the toy section.
I am looking for one for my 9 year old nephew, but now they don't have any ! I've asked at the shop, and nobody knows anything. Has anyone seem them anywhere else in Phetchabun ?
 

I've haven't seen one in town that I can recall, but I've never been looking for one either, so I might not have noticed. Did you check the sports store in topland? Lazada seems to have a few, so I'd probably just order one if I were you. Seems like I've acquired half of my worldly possessions from lazada these days - not that they're really great or anything, but it usually beats the limited selection you can find locally.

According to Google you have a Sports World? I know the one in Phuket carries 1 model, but can order several. However the prices are completely over the top at about 4x the same very basic model in US. I know this because I have been looking for one myself. I almost brought one back with me just last week but had nightmares about customs pulling me aside.

I hadn't checked Lazada in months, and at last check they only had some flimsy models available, however it appears they have upped their game (thanks mcswiggety). I'm considering ordering this one.

I'm not familiar with the brand, but it looks reasonably well made. The cheap “kidz” models aren't worth two bits.
