Sawit Ketroj (centre) and senior management hold up land deeds and other documents supporting their defence against the allegations at a press conference in May last year.

PHUKET: Emerald Group CEO Sawit Ketroj, the prominent Phuket condo developer arrested earlier this month on a fraud charge, was re-released on bail this week after failing to present himself to court as part of his original bail conditions, police have confirmed.
