I agree exactly,, so many people not have driver licence and police not care !!! Police care only Tax logo !!!

Many of the fines can help government to repair roads.

Thai an foreigner there not have driving license need to have a jail sentence

all after what kind of crime they do when driving with out license.

Meaning there will be 2 things to look for + from a1 to a5.

1. Driving license

2. Drunk driving.

1a. drive in wrong side of the road, and it create accident.

2a. No insurance.

3a. No number plate.

4a. No lights on the car.

(it not for you can see, but for other can see you.)

4a. not for give jail time if not have accident. with accident

need to enforce the law for make jail time.

all those crimes i write for here. It have to make jail time if there is accident and it´s the car driver there make the crime.

5a. Many people on motor bikes also make crimes. I´s not always the car driver there are guilty in accident. many motor bike drivers drive in front of the car and can create accident. Sometime people will go die.

Police have to check 100% what happen.

Driving in the wrong site in Europe or Denmark special Denmark we call it ghost driver.

It has merit, but not enough cops to make an impact if there is no enforcement, then same-same will occur
