shaurene Posted June 4, 2018 Share Posted June 4, 2018 The smoking laws in Thailand do nothing really to stop young kids from smoking. No cigarette advertising, hide the cigarets in the stores. If the Thai authorities really want to make it hard for young people not to smoke, Thailand could hold their heads up to a NEW LAW. Make it illegal for anyone under the age of, (say 18) to smoke, even tourists, on the penalty of a big fine that the parents, if here in Thailand be liable to pay. Other countries around the world will look at this law and praise the Thai Government for implementing it. I do not think any other country in the world have this law.
