TallGuyJohninBKK Posted June 16, 2018 Posted June 16, 2018 Quote The message from Weichert, who says he’s a sergeant in the US Army and a six-time “Soldier of the Year,” Quote As for Weichert’s service record, the only US Soldier of the Year awards seem to go back to 2002. Weichert’s name isn’t listed, and had he been a staff sergeant, he wouldn’t have been eligible anyway. Huhhhhhhhhhhh??????????????
FitnessHealthTravel Posted June 17, 2018 Posted June 17, 2018 More blah which gives a good industry a bad name.
TallGuyJohninBKK Posted June 17, 2018 Posted June 17, 2018 Maybe one of the various U.S. military vets around here can opine on this. But it all sounds a bit much... " continues to serve as a host for the Fit for Duty show on the Pentagon Channel." http://www.startfitness.com/

Running strengthens them. Like anything if you overdo it then problems occur. 5k for me is not over doing it. You gotta run.

Of course and if feeling twinges I rest a couple of days extra. if I'm feeling good I swap between running and gym work. just gotta listen to your body. once you get into a rhythm of exercise its easier and once familiar with your body every day exercises are not harmful in my experience opinion.
