I need a legitimate IQ test in Bangkok for a 12 year old.

 

Can anybody recommend qualified Doctors to perform the test?

a quick Google produced this.   This leads me to think that all the major hospitals should have this capability in the mental health departments.  Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children is a test Bangkok Hospital Pataya uses, so I would expect Bangkok Hospital Bangkok.
