Now it comes out. Reuters reports Biden's Gaza pier injured a lot more than the MSM let on.
But they did. Biden Gaza pier fiasco left 62 US forces injured, one dead and caused $31M in damages: report https://nypost.com/2025/05/07/world-news/biden-gaza-pier-fiasco-left-62-us-forces-injured-one-dead-and-caused-31m-in-damages-report/ A military floating pier ordered by then-President Joseph R. Biden to deliver humanitarian aid to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip was functional for barely 20 days before the effort was scrubbed following the death of a servicemember, dozens of injuries and the damage or loss of tens of millions of dollars worth of crucial equipment battered by heavy storms. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2025/may/7/bidens-floating-pier-mission-gaza-failed-cost-us-soldiers-life/ -

Toilet not "sucking" like it used to.
I've used them many times, both here and in a few houses in the US, and never saw any damage to the toilet. You generally stick the tip down low into the hole before you start turning the crank, as most clogs are at the first turn. -

Europe remains the key to Britain’s future economic success
I'm not sure whether the EU could have (or can) destroyed the City of London, and less convinced whether it would be in its' best interests to do so. Financial services account for +/-10% of UK GDP, and the destruction of this sector would obviously severely damage the UK. Why would the EU welcome this outcome? They would have to deal with the effects of having a large failed state on its' doorstep. An interesting academic discussion on the effects of Brexit on the City of London can be found here: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2949694224000051#:~:text=The only significant financial power that the, shared with the EU was financial regulation.&text=Despite some relocations from London%2C Brexit has,to London as an international financial centre. -

Columbia's Firm Response to Protest Gets Trump Administration Support Amid Federal Funding
Yes! I agree with all that above, (except the first sentence/question). You seem to be confusing "protesting" with "freedom of speech." They are not the same thing, although most protests do involve freedom of speech. But nowhere can freedom of speech be used as an excuse to violate rules or laws, or commit or encourage violence. I've put more "double-speak" remarks beneath each of your points above. -

No, you fill in Emergency addresses next to the inside of the back cover, which is blank, in my last two Passports.
