It you got it in the UK there would be no stamps to transfer. You would show your OA visa if valid or the re-entry permit in your old passport on entry to Thailand.

    Immigration will do a stamp with lines for them to enter the info about the visa used for entry and your old passport info. That is what you will copy for future extensions.
