where can acquire wild honey in pattaya

hi, guys , my friend had ever came corss some local ppl on the street(dark side) to sell wild honey . 

I  wanna buy some ,  i have been trying to find those local ppl recently , however i got bad luck all the time.

some ppl told me that i can find inside night market of chaiyaphruek 2rd, but this market only open on friday, and i tried this week, nothing at all.

Thus my request is like this ,anyone who has good heart possible to tell  me which place i can find those local ppl who sell wild honey?

well first you must have wild money......no wild money, no wild honey...although Pattaya seems to be a good place to look

Beware there are many vendors selling "real" wild honey either from carts or shops but when tested these will be heavily mixed with water and glucose syrup. All vendors will claim theirs is real but few are.

 

There are some basic tests you can do (after you have been scammed!) to see if you have been scammed to do with the properties of real honey. Dropping it in water and the like.

 

To get real wild honey, you need to go to the source. You need to reduce the number of hands that the "honey" passes through so that you know who is actually harvesting the honey or doing the bee-keeping. My girlfriend's sister has hives and bottles it herself so I am fairly confident I am getting the real stuff.

 

Ask around in Pattaya amongst the Thais. Real vs fake honey is a topic rural Thais are always interested in. They should be able to get you some contacts in the honey / bee's nest poaching industry.

I have seen it in those little green sign pharmacies.  It's in the same type glass bottles the people on the street sell it in but more official looking with brand name labels etc.  That's still no guarantee it doesn't have other stuff put in but less likely.

"wild honey" sold on the streets is almost guaranteed to be a scam.
