Booked Cherry Taxi service to BKK 1 week in advance, booked the pick up from Pratumnak 5am, have a 9:30am International flight. 5:30 am nobody arrives for the pick up, I had 3 contact phone numbers, no one answered any of the numbers. I've been  using this taxi service for about 3-4 years. They never fail, but I always remind them one day before the trip and get confirmation.

I hope you didn't miss your flight.

Use Cherry Taxi since 2015 at least two times a year, never had issues. 

I always use PT for so many years..Never problem
