Pattaya bars are where adults go to find paid for sexual services and I do feel that kids should not be in that environment .

IMO , they should be taught that relationships should be about things other than money , and there will also be some pedos in the bars and I wouldnt want them eyeing up my kids .

It is a city of 1 million, the girly bars are just in a few areas, Walking Street is packed full of package tourists, you don't see into the girly bars, they have closed doors, a kid walking there in the early evening would see street magicians and food sellers, they would not see punters in bars and the punters in bars would not see the kid, probably better to comment on things you know the first thing about, don't you think? And by the way, you are probably more likely to have your kids eyed up by a pedo at the beach than from a girly bar and you seemed to think beaches were where kids should be, so that is hardly a reason to keep kids away from Pattaya.

Last time I was there, as I recall, there was a turd catching contest going on out in the shallow bay waters...

Under aged girls sharing naked and sexually explicit images of themselves online, many that end up on porn sites and the dark web. There are Thai websites with hundreds of girls offering their services and even on facebook.

Many of these kids are doing this now, it`s becoming acceptable and fashionable among their circles and peers. Now with social media, cams and apps, it`s never been easier for them. Most of the time their parents are not aware of what their sweet innocent little cherubs are getting up to when they shut their bedroom doors and go online, the Internet is loaded with their cam videos and services on offer, it`s easy to find them.

I doubt if the police will manage to stop this trend, just another sad sign of our times.

People are not selling and buying sex on the beach though .

Swimming on the beach , prostitution in bars , two very different things

And what would the kids see that would be so terrible, people sitting around drinking or playing pool, it's not as if there is actual sex taking place in plain view.

As for your comment that "people are not buying and selling sex on the beach though" LOL ?

There are working girls on beach road and the beach itself 24/7, haven't you noticed?

The young businessman or the police officers who did not get their share of the business?

A kid walking down walking street would have no reason to know that people are buying sex in the bars, all they would see are girls in skimpy outfits, so actually the exact same thing.

Kids are much smarter than you think.

Stories such as this undermine my faith that Pattaya really is an International World Class Family Resort! I'm having second thoughts on taking the family there.

Do you mean sex ?

(Its OK, you can say that word, sex isnt a swear word )

If thats the word that you did mean, then no, I do not think that children should be taught that relationships are all about "sh...ging"

It was meant as a joke, tongue in cheek....or anywhere else you like.
