Chomper Higgot Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 Driving after dark around Pattaya and Sriracha it is self evident that the new high rise condominiums that have been built over the past 5 years have extremely low occupancies. Advertising for these condos frequently makes reference to ‘rental incomes’.
