Four male tourists were dragged from the surf off Nai Harn beach after getting into difficulty in waves last night (July 22).

Nai Harn lifeguards rescued four Dubai male tourists at 7pm last night (Sunday).

The head of Nai Harn Lifeguards, Jula Nontree, says, “The incident happened at 7pm (just after sunset) after we had finished our official working hours at 6.30pm. Luckily there were some lifeguards who were still relaxing on the beach.”

If no one bothered to pull out the mandatory ladyboy, he's probably hitting on tourists at the eastern coast of India by now.

Very LUCKY!

Folks from Dubai don't understand that Thai currents are not the same as mild Dubai surf. They are lucky to be saved.

Sunset is at 6:46 PM, so not exactly daylight. The article states that the lifeguards go off duty at 6:30 PM and luckily for those idiots the lifeguards were still hanging out at the beach.

Sad comment.

In Dubai they swim at night. If you wake up at dawn and the beaches are still full of people who have been there all night.
It's too hot in the day to swim.
