Australian statutory declaration.

Hi.

 

I am renewing my Non O Visa based on Retirement.

 

This year I am going to use a Stat Dec. I have been to the Australian Embassy and have had the Stat Dec witnessed and stamped.

 

My question. Does this document need to be translated into Thai ? If anybody else uses this method any tips would be appreciated.

It does not need to be translated since it is in English. Immigration accepts documents in English or Thai all others have to be translated.
