Meeting Thai Women for 'Fun', Not Sure its Worth it Anymore..

well a few months after having some good fun with 4 different thai girls in Bangkok, my penis is starting to show signs of a potential STD, I got and urine and blood test at the STD clinic in England and will see what the results are next week, I will be returning to the land of smiles this month and was planning on having sex with attractive thai women, not hookers, just regular girls, even booked the guest friendly hotels,  but now I'm afraid to do it, you can't trust any girl these days, STDs dont always show symptoms, hence why they are spread easily and on the rise. To be honest, I never got a STD with the bar girls back when I paid for it.

not sure what other guys on here have experienced with regular Thai girls, but man STDs are everywhere, its kinda scary, is a night of sex worth it these days ? I use condoms for penetration not never for oral sex, girls don't like the taste of the condom, so I guess receiving oral is from random girls is very risky these days.

the big question or decision for us Testosterone filled men living or journeying to Bangkok, Pattaya or anywhere in Thailand, is it really worth it these days to bang many regular Thai chicks ?

and meeting western men in Thailand is also not fun because of this... you know why they're here and you know exactly that they bang many women. The only thing you don't know is how many different girls has he dipped it in, what kinds of girls has he dipped it in before you, and what kinds of nasty stuff could be on there? And on many occasions, all that dealings with thai girls made them lose respect for women in general and in many cases also makes them lose the ability to chat like a normal person who'd finished high school. Probably because their previous girls haven't been very conversational due to language issues.

Just the female point of view. If you're a "slut", you have to live with the risk of getting STDs. You can't have it all, risk-free. Life is not that beautiful, my friend.

If you still have contact with these girls, you should inform them to have themselves checked befor a load more guys catch it from them

only have contact with one of the 4, I'll tell her when I get the results, maybe should tell her now..just let her know my penis is stinging/burning a bit so maybe you gave me something, I'm sure she'll claim to be clean though like all of them do.

UTI, easily cured with a five day course of Ciprofloxacine 500mg or Amoxicillin 500mg , around 30-100bht from any Thai pharmacy.

One of the problems in the UK, doctors want to test and let the disease fester, when the cure is cheaper and quicker.

Symptoms are usually done by the time you've taken the 3rd pill, instead of a cure in 2 days, they make you wait 7 days.

One of these two drugs will probably cure whatever you have (take one of them for a week, if you still have symptoms take the other drug for a week).

yes it works both ways, everyone is taking a risk, I'm not blaming women for the STD problems, its my fault, I choose to meet random online girls for sex and now I wish I had a different personality where I didn't care for banging girls everyday, but I can't control my urges, I am who I am. I always use condoms with new girls but not for oral which may of been the cause of my problem now, so next time I'll use condom for oral sex too.

my new set of rules are as followed..

1. use condom for everything (oral and sex)

2. never eat a Thai girls ass (can get parasites and bacterial infections)

3. be extra picky, don't just bang any girl that's half decent looking, only bang a girl that's skinny/slim with a pretty face. (my type) (will reduce the number of girls I meet)

yes always tempting to self treat when in Thailand when you have symptoms relating to STDs, but its kind of a bad idea also, at the moment my symptoms are not too serious, some mild burning/stinging/irritation in the penis, cloudy urine, doctor checked my cock, couldn't see any discharge, no lumps, no itching, I can survive a week and find out which STD it is and get the right antibiotic treatment. If symptoms get very bad then I'll call the clinic and see what they can do for me.

At the moment my money is on Chlamydia

Please don't "puncture" some poor guys idyllic illusion of his perfect passive girlfriend.

Always remember to read the warning label that states "do not bite and puncture your new playmate. If you do she will f*rt loudly and fly out the window or if you are lucky maybe just go down on you"

Now you've given more details, I'm betting on Syphilis.

Let us know when you get the results.

just checked the symptoms for Syphilis on the NHS website and I have none of those symptoms, no sores, no rashes, no warts, like I said, penis looks normal.

no discharge at present when the doctor checked, he said if I had Gonorrhea he would of seen discharge, so it maybe not be the dreaded G

hence why my money is on Chlamydia

depending on your definition of "pretty", that could be 50% of the girls you see on the street lol and remember: if you think they're pretty, other guys probably think so too, hence they would also have tons of "users". Not to mention you better bet good looking yourself or they'll pass you for the next young-ish white guy

If I'm not mistaken you're the very same guy who was on another thread a while ago advising people on some components of a healthy diet, and before that you were asking for advice on how to clear up an upset stomach after you had some sort of "infection" there?

You are certainly living up to your avatar, Bonobo (an extremely promiscuous sort of monkey – – no offence meant) although I suppose you can be "forgiven" to a certain extent because at least you seem to be taking precautions with condoms for the most part.

Oral sex can provide a means by which chlamydia can be passed on, as well as a few other bacteria (and gonorrhoea), including one called Streptococcus sanguinis which is not too often found in the urinary tract, but is certainly a component of the oral cavities and can migrate, and can be very difficult to cure with everyday antibiotics.

For what it's worth, an in-depth study of bacteria and other bugs which can live in the urinary tract, bladder and prostate is astounding in what it found, including a couple of fairly new ones!

The authors of this study were very much against the common MO where only a few tests were done for certain bacteria, before antibiotics were prescribed. They are of the opinion that a much more in-depth analysis should be done and all of the bacteria et cetera isolated before anything was prescribed, and because this isn't done, they suggest that the current antibiotic resistance amongst many common UTI bugs is a result.

That is one of the reasons why ciprofloxacin is no longer a first line recommendation for a general UTI, because of overuse in a shotgun approach. Amoxicillin and its extended version, Augmentin were also once commonly used, however they are also now far less effective than they were

They are still of the opinion that the E. coli bacteria is the most prevalent cause of UTIs, but still recommend far more in-depth testing than that which is done currently.

Then of course there is always the possibility that by self dosing with certain antibiotics which do not actually kill the E. coli, for example, you can end up with E. coli ESBL (extended spectrum beta-lactamase) which is what you don't want because that is resistant to all but a small handful of very expensive antibiotics.

So get a culture done and ask for a FULL CULTURE, even if you have to pay more for it and see what is recommended.

Are you sure there is some STD which shows signs only after a few months?

The few time I had issues it hurt the next day...

Yes...…..some never show noticeable symptoms.

Luckily most do however, anything from a few days to a month and a good percentage of women and men can have chlamydia without ever knowing.

You should never eat anyone's ass. Not just Thai girls. You shouldn't even eat Queen Elizabeth ass, even though it's probably the most germ free ass on the planet.

If you feel urges why not get a steady gf that likes sex? I'm sure she'd be glad to be with you. Or just dl some porn and knock one out like the rest of us do. Don't play Russian roulette with your penis. You need it later in life.

yes unfortunately its true, some people don't show any symptoms for weeks or months, and think they must be clean, like I did, I should of got tested weeks ago, but now I'm getting tested a few weeks before my return to Thailand, so it was a big mistake from me, I should know better.

yes luck doesn't seem to be on my side in this universe, or you make your own luck and I'm just a FxxK Up that can't do anything right. I've had a urine and blood test, its the standard these days in the UK, they will only swab if discharge is there. I guess the Urine test will be culture.

Well I can sympathise a little, mainly because of poor bladder function I was/am prone to infections and even caught one at the hospital I believe (hospital acquired)……...so not too lucky in this regard and long term prostatitis often gave me UTI symptoms!

The e-coli ESBL I either caught at the hospital through a procedure I had, or as a result of an a/hole of a urologist who just kept on prescribing course after course of different antibiotics without doing any culture, despite my asking him to do so.

In the end I became so sick I saw another urologist who did a culture and it turned out to be this dreaded bug. So I had to attend the hospital once daily for about two hours, sometimes longer, to have an intravenous antibiotic (a rare one) fed into me for 14 days and it eventually did clear it, at a cost to me at around 50,000 baht or thereabouts.

Be warned.

So make sure a thorough test is done AND take the full course of antibiotics when prescribed...……..and no self dosing.
