The NRCT has today signed an agreement with the DNP on the utilization of inventions and innovations to support the making of 3D maps for natural resources. The signing ceremony was presided over by the Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, Kobsak Pootrakool.

In this ceremony, the PMO Minister delivered a speech on challenges for research and innovations as a driving power for Thailand, where he stressed the importance of innovations and technology for the country which is being in a transforming stage.

He said it is now the golden opportunities for researchers to come up with new inventions and innovations which will help push forward the country towards stability, prosperity, and sustainability. The government has been given high priority on the upgrade of research works in keeping with the demands of the modern society, in ways that answers to the country's needs, allowing public participation, as well as encouraging young people to become researchers.

So the NRCT and the DNP  have signed an agreement but more importantly they have had a signing ceremony with the obligatory feast and all the speeches and palaver and backslapping and self glorification. Essential committees can now officially be formed.

That's it, job done. Thailand 4.0 here we come!

Yes, a good definition there.

They keep pretending to invent things that have been around for decades.  Maybe it’s because research is in English?  Fix the education system!
