Bangkok Barry
This is the depression that was previously forecast to hit on 14-15th, isn't it? I wondered where it had got to. We had plenty of rain before the rain was supposed to hit, and then it was perfectly dry during the forecast wet days.

Bangkok Barry
Being a weather forecaster is great. You can get it wrong 100 per cent of the time and never get fired, because people expect it. They don't even need to be sent to an inactive post - which is what the job is anyway I suppose.

I think there is a requirement that agencies report that they are doing actual work~this pacifies the gullible that may, at times, wonder why nothing changes
