bkk6060
Walk around and tell them what you want. If they are dressed in street clothes it will mostly not be what you want.
Popular Post Esso49
If it is not a happy ending you are after just tell them so before they start. For no extra charge they will dislocate a vertebrae and kick you in the b*lls so as to ensure a non happy ending. ?
TonyClifton
What's wrong with getting a therapeutic massage + extras?
faraday
Ask if they can do Tendon Massage, as most massages are relaxing, & don't treat the underlying issue.
balo
Most massage places in Pattaya you will not get a real massage , untrained girls only there for the extra. Be careful , wrong massage can make you worse , especially if you have a back problem .
Dick Crank
too many shops to name. easy, look for a shop with the ladies or men in thai traditional outfits. if you dont know what these look like google it.

Oh yes, some do, especially Kim Massage in Phuket, where we often go for a short holiday. Up here in Udon though, it's all relax muscle massage which is pleasant but not therapeutic. AlexCanada
I wanted a real massage so I visited Healthland. Even their massage wasn't very good. There is Panaan at LK Residence on Soi Diana. No extras and some of the attendants give a decent massage.
