One session is 4 hours, you do one session per week, or more if you want. The course content is training in conversational English for employees at the airport (shop attendants, waiters, etc...). It's relatively simple level, the objective is to enable airport staff to interact better with customers. The salary is in the range 300-400 bahts/hour. PM me for more details.
