On Saturday, September 15, the Clean The Beach Boot Camp crew (CBBC) will be heading to Surin Beach to take part in another of their regular clean-ups.

Now in its sixth year, the team and its dedicated followers will help celebrate World Clean Up Day, which also happens to fall on the same day, by cleaning Surin Beach.

Clean The Beach Boot Camp is a great way to get fit, give something back to the island of Phuket by cleaning the island beaches, meet some new people from all over the world, all while helping the environment.

not juz Surin beach needs  cleaning  Thailand  in general one big rubbish tip every village,  cities littered daily with <deleted>  would take minimum 1 year x 5 days week try put a dint into the daily rubbish ! give unemployed a chance of being

employed meaningful job and pride in Thailand, will help reduce crime considerably ,Clean Thailand Up Year! not Amazing Thailand tourist cr-p that's been flogged to death over 15 years nothing amazing other than Wow let's take selfie photos laying on rubbish filled thai beaches, next day in the papers with  tourist on holiday cleaning thai beaches not a good look ??? is there no shame in thai people or of Thailand itself  make vendors responsible and clean there patch up 3 strikes of non compliance they lose their patch to next in line vendor, until you get ones who comply , can't be too hard to bring in and enforce works well in other asian countries,  Bali example there beaches for decades have been at it , Vietnam basically new tourism boom  daily government workers cleaning beaches public areas beaches vendors must clean or lose there spot ..
