Acalka isn't sold everywhere it seems. I had to make a special order after no luck at four well stocked pharmacies. A 100 count bottle was something like 1200 baht from memory, imported from Spain with a Thai/English data sheet. If you're taking it for kidney stones, it may be prescribed along with ROWAtinex. Make sure to store it a cool place as it sweats very easily due to its porous shell. If you can't find it at a pharmacy, hospitals should have it but it can be 30 baht per tablet. I inquired about a generic version but no one I asked knew.

Acalka is potassium citrate. Potassium chloride is the more common formulation and there are 3 oral brands of it available in Thailand:

 

Addi-K

Enpott
