Notary

Featured Replies

I have a non-critical document that I need to get "notarized". I have heard that there is no such thing as a notary service in Thailand. I just need an inexpensive service that will Stamp & Seal a document with the word notary in it someplace. Thanks for any help

In the west banks will notarize usually for free.

Have you tried your Thai bank they would probably charge, if they won't sign, see a lawyer.

....and that's if one can get in before all the daily space/time is taken up - mandated appt required for any type of business on wireless road.

Recall the good old days when it was a free-for-all.

Also, there are mobile notaries here who will visit you at your home, office, or nearest Starbucks.  No more expensive than static notaries.  Just Google "mobile notary public bangkok" (or wherever you happen to be in Thailand).

Those may not be Legal in other countries , from what I hear, check rules about Notary first
