Need someone to manufacture an anodised/stainless steel bracket

Prior to my return to Thailand at the end of October, (I work in Myanmar right now), I need someone to manufacture a simple mounting bracket for a radio antenna that's currently in store in Phuket.

I'm sure there are many fabricators in Thailand.  But I really want to order the build and make the payment 'remotely', so that it's ready for me to pick up when I arrive in Bangkok.  I'm not sure Thai workshops will do this.  Maybe there is someone on this forum who can build it in their home workshop for me? (I'll prepay in full by Paypal or into your Thai bank account to get this little job done).

The bracket is very simple and I can provide the preferred dimensions by PM.   It is simply an 'L' shaped piece of stainless or anodised steel (it will be used outside, so no rust wanted...).   The thickness of the steel is about half an inch (for good strength).  The longer part of the 'L' is about 40 cm long, with 3 pairs of half inch mounting holes drilled near the top, middle and bottom of that part.  The shorter part is about 15 cm long and has a single 3/4 inch hole drilled in it's centre. Both sections of the 'L' are about 10 cm in width.

The bracket could be manufactured from a single piece of half-inch steel, then cut in two to produce the long and short sections, and then the two firmly screwed/brazed together at right angles to create the 'L'.

Any takers?  No idea what this will cost, but it will really solve a problem for me to mount the antenna (it's my radio amateur antenna that mounts on my car).  Thanks!!

Half inch steel? how many tons should this carry? ?

These guys do remote work and can send it to you. As you can see from their Facebook usually they do other things than an antenna mount, but it should be no problem for them to make what you want https://www.facebook.com/CrashBarPartProtection But i don't think anybody there can speak english, so you should be able to explain what you want in Thai

Jack, thanks very much for your information. The antenna is actually quite heavy when compared to a typical car radio antenna (because it has a heavy 20 cm long base section with a stepper motor, followed by a 7 feet long whip antenna, and it is only mounted at its base with a 3/4 inch screw thread.  So it vibrates a lot when the car is moving and a sturdy mount is therefore needed.

I write Thai OK, so I'll drop a message to your link.  Thanks!
