So that's another day off, unless there is a teacher available to cover, or maybe that she was only an assistant teacher saved the day. An awful error, though, especially at a time when teaching and education standards have been under the spotlight, lately.

It's not my fault. I dictated it to my assistant. Please don't make a Facebook post about it or she won't come to work tomorrow. 

Would they even bat an eyelid and the copious mistakes in their English exams and their marking of them? I think not, as English is not viewed as all that important. Unlike maths.
