90 day Non Imm O no longer available

So please explain what you refer to.

What can be done at the Patong office is limited to 90 day reports, re-entry permits, tourist extensions and address reporting.

The change to a non immigrant visa can only be done at the main immigration office in Phuket.

I'm on a 60 TV,can get a 90 day non Imm o at at Phuket .

There is no respect he has his act together you have absolutely NOT!!  There is no Non IMM O for you just to buy at Phuket forget it... Only if you shall do an conversion to an extension of stay.....

 

You need to be more detailed otherwise very difficult to help you..

You make it sound easier than it really is.

You will be applying for a 90 day non immigrant visa (category non-o) entry based upon qualifying for an extension of stay of some kind (marriage or retirement?). You have to meet all the requirements needed to apply for the extension of stay.

Thanks to you ubonjoe, I will be doing exactly what you have told me in the last few weeks. If I didn't  meet all the requirements, I wouldn't be applying. Cheers and thanks for your help.

Where did I say I am just going to buy? With all due respect, read what I write before posting.If I said I am going to catch a flight to Timbuctoo, would you assume I am not going to buy a ticket first?

I cut it too fine, only had 15 days left of the 60 days, the kind IM gave me another month. Didn't know I could, he offered it.

You had a touristVISA single entry, and you got 1 month extension....quite normal...

Ok then, I guess have said that I got the 60 days, sufficient funding ,copies of passport,rental agreement, owners documents, form filled out, etc etc .

Is it possible to extend a 90 day non o by 60 days based on visiting family/wife?, if so what documents do you need to show.

You can extend any type of entry for 60 day to visit your Thai wife or child.

They will need to be with you when you apply. You will need your marriage certificate or the child's birth certificate plus a copy, and copies of their house book registry and ID card.
