Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha on Monday expressed concern for the people struggling under recent heavy rain and floods.

“With rain and wind, please take care of your health,” General Prayut advised.

While placing an emphasis on efficient water management, he also emphasised that people should learn to live with nature.

“It’s natural that it may rain a little or rain hard. It may rain here and not there, etc. As we cannot avoid natural phenomena, we must try to cope with it,” he said.

Jings, I simply didn't realise the insight and depth of understanding of an issue that this stand-up comedian possesses.

Rain little or hard; rain here or there . . . just cope with it. That's beautiful. Now let's get right into a big bad storm and see how these beautiful words relate . . . 'Rain hard and rain right into your living room after the roof blew off . . . just cope with it, OK?'

You've got to hand it to Prayuth, though . . . he is at least consistent with the tripe that comes out of his mouth.

I wonder what he eats, or medication he is on, that automatically anesthetises his brain as soon as the lips move ?

By sharing his 'wisdom' I wonder what problem does he really want to distract from this time?

Does Prayut fish? Sometimes, besides fishing for compliments and votes:

Maybe Bangkok should learn to 'cope with it' rather than all the land upstream having to sacrifice itself first....

Thank you three times!

Does this qualify as coping

huh?????????????????? What is the 'English' interpretation of all that??????????????

I thought this post was about the current 'General In Charge' of this 'Police State' telling the other 'population' that 'flooding is normal' 'Just get used to it'..............

And you think it is about liking 'Green eggs and Ham' ???????????????????

Thanks for advise!

He seems to be missing the droughts affecting the rest of the country.

"Thai water management?"  like 'military intelligence' that phrase is sort of an oxymoron.

In other words, "drown peasants drown BWAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAA".

In other words, "we don't have a water management plan even though we have lots of committees and deptartments. Get used to it."

I never thought that I would agree with him, but in this case he is correct.

My hat off to you, PM of Thailand.
