To Buy House/new Law

Hi Guys

I need some advice. I would like to buy a house or condo in Thailand, but have heared about some new law comming out in a few month. I was told that when this takes place foreigners connot own a house or a condo in Thailand anymore. Is that true. Would someone be able to give me some infos on this please!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Foreigners can own a condo or a house but cannot own land, nothing has changed.
