RichardThailand
Budget is between 60-100K a month and looking for a new property outside of town. Would appreciate if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about finding a place like this and any areas to look for a property in the area of Hua Hin. Stargeezr
Used to be some houses in soi102 area, just south of the soi and in about the first turn left when heading away from the ocean. I see people advertising at the Market Village as well, about 12, 000 baht per month, back several years ago. Geezer
Hummin
Just stay away from the flooded areas, and 102 is one of them. With that budget you can get anything, so why hurry? Get yourselves a nice suite in a hotel for a month, and search around. Give you an idea what you get for 25k these months
