There are no jazz bands as such in Pattaya but blues bands/players exist. I play in a jazz duo of piano/vocals and drums that has played a season at Marriott Rayong and both of us have played in top hotels in Bangkok.  The pianist is based in Rayong but travels to Pattaya gigs often and I live in Pattaya. We have our own full sound system. PM me.
