Thai Rath reported on a full-on fist fight between a layman and a Thai monk that is going viral on the internet. The monk gives as good as he gets before a female relative tries to intervene as insults are heard. The Facebook poster of the clip Chondan Klaewpairee said: "After the lottery is out...comes sin". Thai Rath said that the majority of Thai posters online who had seen the clip were teasing that perhaps the monk had given the man inaccurate lottery numbers leading to the fight. Thaivisa notes that monks are known among the Thai population as a source of potential lottery wealth via numbers. The video was shared 20,000 times in a short space of time, said Thai Rath.
