I'm looking to retain a good quality law firm in Chiang Mai to address some real estate and taxation issues and wonder who out there can recommend any. I thought I had a good one previously but his slightly off center advice a couple of years ago has now lined me up for a brush with the BOT!

No doubt Sunbelt will respond positively to this request but I wonder if there are others that I can compare against. Yes, I have seen the list of lawyers that is pinned in the CM forum but am interested in first hand experiences!
