Good morning,

On Monday I will be travelling from Ubon to Savannakhet to do a single entry non o based on having a Thai child. As far as anyone knows is below the latest set of documents required :

  • Child's birth certificate plus a copy.
  • Copy of child's entry in house book.
  • Mothers house book registry and ID card signed by her.
  • Application form with 2 photos attached, Copy of passport photo page.

Many thanks in advance

I will travel to Savanakhet on next Sunday, in order to show up at the Consulate opening on Monday morning...care to join?

Il also go for a non-O based on Thai child.

As far as I know, the requested documents are still the same:

Passport original + copies of the first page (with your name and photo) and copies of the last pages showing the stamps of leaving Thailand and entering Laos, as well as the Lao visa.

Birt certificate original + copy

Copies of the address (blue) book showing the names of the child, and of his mother...all signed by his mother

Copies of ID card and passport (if available) of the child and his mother...all signed by his mother
