You need to get on this asap. You need at least 21 days left on the 30 day stamp.

This is not an easy visa to obtain inside Thailand. Our professional fee is 3,900 Baht to change the visa exemption or TR to a Non -B.

The work permit is 6,500 Baht.

Are you married to a Thai? If so, your employer just needs one million Baht paid up capital.

You do not need a WP3 if you apply inside Thailand or at some Embassies. Singapore does not require a WP3. However, they will be looking at the registered capital of the company.

You can apply inside Thailand, after you do a border run on March 12th.

No I am not married to a Thai.So I will just be asking them to work on the capital as soon as possible. If i try to apply inside thailand will it be easier to have than in Singapore?Or if they denied to have it change here, can i still apply to singapore after?

Nothing is easy about a change of tourist visa exemption to a non -B Visa inside Thailand. If they deny here, you can still apply at Singapore.
