zaphod reborn
Sad. In the real world, construction workers who are working at a height of more than 4 feet must be provided a safety harness and belt. Not that anyone in Thailand would wear such a thing. I recall warehouse workers who refused to wear steel-tipped shoes that were provided to them, instead opting for flip flops and barefeet, despite forklifts being driven all around them. rickb
If the construction company was even a little bit safety conscious, they would have somehow covered that fence and eliminated the danger. Those spikes are danger staring you in the face! Of course, as previously mentioned, the worker should have been tied off with a safety harness to prevent the fall in the first place.
