Need some leads on condos that do short-term (3 month) leases at reasonable rates (around 15,000 baht max).  I'm currently living in Chiang Mai where finding short-term condo rentals is a breeze.  Doesn't seem to be the case here in Pratumnak.

 

I'm staying at Laguna Bay 1 (AirBNB) in Pratumnak which is great.  I see condos listed there for around 10,000 baht per month BUT every real estate agent I've spoken with says "1 year minimum lease required"

 

Can anyone recommend a condo or agent that does 3 month leases in the Pratumnak or Jomtien area?  I want to be within 10 minute walk to beach.

 

Rent a scooter, Go to condos what locationwise you like.

Check notice boards, any businesses at condobuilding, condo-office and ask 3 month rentals..

I do not think there will be any problems to find something what you like..
