on my way to highway 36 i cross over, a new double highway, with absolutely no traffic on it, can someone tell me a bit about it, curious, ?? be a great race track if nothing else,, lol

Just guessing: is it the new motorway branch towards Rayong bypassing Pattaya on the east? Under construction.

If you drive in/out to/of Pattaya on the existing motorway you see a lot of concrete already (since long).
