Can you be more specific as to your location ? You were on your way to Hwy. 36 from where ?

Just guessing: is it the new motorway branch towards Rayong bypassing Pattaya on the east? Under construction.

If you drive in/out to/of Pattaya on the existing motorway you see a lot of concrete already (since long).
