PlayStation and Nike launch their own trainers in new collaboration

Nike has revealed its very own PlayStation trainers inspired by the 1994 console.

 

Named the PG 2.5, the shoes were shown off for the first time this week by Oklahoma City Thunder basketball player Paul George.

 

PlayStation posted a video of the trainers on Instagram, which sees the new footwear emerge from the classic console.

 

Inspired by the design of the first PlayStation console, the trainers come in 'Wolf Grey' and are decorated with Sony's trademark square, triangle, circle and X button shapes. They also feature the console's red, blue, green and yellow logo on the tongue.
