Three days go I spent 25 minutes standing in line, second person waiting, at Makro. Back and forth the cashier went to the customer service desk. I was in the 20 items or less line. My butter all but melted. People don't realise that the more they use this system, the closer it brings everyone to a cashless society whereby the government will gain all control on your bank account. In China if your "social credit score" suffers, they've got you buy the balls. No ice cream for you. -

Hi, I quite liked the last line of your post; Nice to be here. That is something I constantly feel, really. Ever since my settlement in this kingdom. Happy to: Hear the bird chirp in the morning. See a wild squirrel running around on the telephone wires. Clouds move in the sky. A little gecko skates on the wall of my apartment room. Around myself, almost anything and everything look fresh and truly alive. Whatever time passed; I never get tired of them. Simply enjoy living here. No special events needed/expected. That is one thing I like best about this place. Thank your posting some positively inspirational words. Wish you have another good day. -

CCTV Catches Chinese Man Leaving Suspicious Bag at Bangkok Shrine
Doubt that it would be a dry run to test response. They generally set off the bomb shortly after leaving. And leaving an ID card would not be helpful. Even if the bag was stolen, it could still lead back to someone, as they might have CCTV of the bag being taken. Also, a dry run would make authorities more cautious, so the data obtained would be useless. Maybe a crazy mainlander who thought a shrine would be a good place to leave a bag for the day. -
